Services and scope

All projects begin with a scoping phase. The agreed deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before work starts. Changes to scope are handled through a written change request.

Intellectual property

Once an invoice is settled in full, ownership of the delivered project assets transfers to you, except for third-party licensed materials, which remain subject to their own licence terms.

Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in milestones. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work.

Limitation of liability

Webliest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Webliest. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
